The Experience Behind WLE
WLE was founded by John Cassidy, a business optimization and digital strategy professional with more than 20 years of experience across enterprise organizations, independent consulting, and growing businesses.
His work spans digital strategy, customer experience, information architecture, analytics, process improvement, and technology initiatives. Across these disciplines, the common thread is a systems-oriented approach to understanding complex challenges, identifying connections, and translating insights into practical improvements.
